Enquiries. What you send us through the enquiry form (your name, contact details, where and when you would like sessions, and anything you tell us about your goals) is used to reply to you and to arrange and teach your sessions. It isn't sold or shared for marketing. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-handling service.

Health information. Anything you tell us about injuries, pregnancy or medical history is used only to teach you safely, and is shared with no one outside the instructors who teach you.

Cookies and analytics. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and video are served from this site.

Your information. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by sending us a message through the enquiry form. Personal information is handled in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
